  • International experience in policy formulation of Technical Assistance Programmes at sectoral level (agriculture and food industry). I have worked from 1992 until 1996 at the Policy Advisory Unit , PHARE Programme, Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry.
  • Experience in decentralised co-operation projects in Central Europe. I have been country co-ordinator of the ACE PHARE Project “Farm Restructuring in Central and East European Countries”. One of my responsibilities during my assignment allowed me to manage relations with several multilateral and bilateral donors.
  • Senior Researcher analysing the competitiveness of the Bulgarian Food Industry (PHARE, World Bank Institute)
  • A large experience in the programme formulation of the Commission of the EU and the project implementation and contracting of the EC.
