Currently, there are 32 part-time collaborators working on different projects or managing some on-going activities, like publications, statistics, etc.; among them are: Borislav Georgiev, Head of the International Department, BIA, (Trade and Tariffs), Docho Mihailov, President of ASA Public Opinion Poll Agency (Polls, Small Sample Surveys); Rossen Rozenov (Macroeconomics and Statistics); Theodor Michailov (Taxation and Credit, Utilities); Luibomir Dimitrov (Welfare and Labor Market reforms); Valentin Chavdarov (Privatization and Statistics); Stefan Kyuchukov and Dimitar Totev (Law and Draft Regulations), Since IME was established, 150 have worked for it providing services on contract basis. On project related to drafting and translating regulations IME has a general cooperation agreement with Djingov, Gouginski, Kyuchukov & Velichkov, a law firm, which drafted Bulgarian bankruptcy, notaries, special pledges and civic associations', acts, and on issues related to company analysis - with Capital Consult Ltd.
